Established in the autumn of 2024 in Sofia, our journey began in the historic tea gardens of Japan, where both founders spent years studying the meticulous art of Chado (The Way of Tea). Formally certified by traditional Japanese tea schools, we brought the meditative precision and ceremonial craft of authentic tea straight to Sofia.
Every leaf of first-harvest tencha, stone-ground ceremonial matcha, and artisanal snack in our shop is sourced directly from dedicated Japanese family tea estates in Uji, Kyoto and Shizuoka—free of European intermediaries, fillers, or culinary blends.
Honored with repeat invitations by the Japanese diplomatic mission in Bulgaria as official cultural ambassadors of authentic Japanese taste, craftsmanship, and tea culture.
